Replacing the drive belt

The drive belt wears over time and may break. If this happens, replace it with a new one. A replacement drive belt is available from your dealer or customer service.

Removing the old belt

1. Switch off the turntable and connected audio device and unplug the power adapter from the socket.
2. Remove the platter mat.
3. Turn the platter so that the motor pulley is visible through the circular hole.
4. Remove the drive belt from the motor pulley.
5. Insert your finger and thumb into the round holes in the platter and lift it off.

Fitting the new belt

1. Turn the platter over and remove the old drive belt.
2. Fit the new belt around the inner circle of the inverted platter.
3. Complete assembly as described under Platter, drive belt and mat.
