Position the antenna

Both Wi-Fi antennas must be connected for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth reception.

For FM and DAB+ radio reception, you can use either the supplied FM/DAB telescopic antenna or the FM/DAB wire antenna.

Wi-Fi antennas

Screw both Wi-Fi antennas fully onto the connectors WIFI ANTENNA 1 and WIFI ANTENNA 2 on the rear of the device.

Position the two antennas so that one is vertical and the other horizontal.

Positioning the Wi-Fi antennas at a 90° angle to each other generally ensures the best possible reception.

Screw the telescopic antenna onto the connector DAB/FM ANTENNA on the rear of the device.

Fully extend the antenna and position it for optimum reception.

You can use the supplied FM/DAB wire antenna instead of the telescopic antenna.

Screw the wire antenna onto the connector DAB/FM ANTENNA on the rear of the device.

Fully unfold the wire antenna so that both ends and the connecting cable form a “T”.

Align the antenna according to the desired reception type.

For FM reception, we recommend positioning both antenna ends horizontally. For DAB+ reception, we recommend a vertical position.

If radio reception is poor, change the position and alignment of the antenna until you achieve the best possible reception.
