Network settings

The network connection can be established via Wi-Fi or LAN. In this menu, you can configure the device's network connection and manage existing network settings.

ℹ An active network connection is required for streaming services, Internet radio, software updates, the alarm function, and control via the web client.

Open network settings

Open the settings menu and select:

Functions and submenus

Configure wireless connection (Wi-Fi)

• Search for network
  Manually select an available Wi-Fi network and then enter the network key.
• WPS button
  Automatic connection using the router's WPS function.
• WPS PIN code
  Displays a PIN code that can be entered in the router interface.
• Manual
  Network connection with individual settings. DHCP can be enabled or disabled.

When DHCP is enabled, the IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS are obtained automatically.

Configure wired connection

• DHCP disabled
  IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS are entered manually.
• Automatic DHCP
  All network information is assigned automatically by the router.

Network type

Select the preferred connection type.

• Automatic
• Wireless (Wi-Fi)
• Wired connection (LAN)

With the “Automatic” setting, the device preferentially uses an available LAN connection.

Reset network settings

Deletes the saved network connection and resets all network settings to factory defaults.

• Remove saved Wi-Fi connections
• Reset network parameters
• Allow the connection to be set up again

Wi-Fi connection via WPS

If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), the connection can be established particularly quickly.

1. Select WPS button in the network menu.
2. Then press the WPS button on the router.
3. Wait until the connection has been established automatically.

ℹ If your router does not support WPS, set up the connection using Search for network or manual configuration.
