Positioning the device

Before positioning the device, read the information under General safety instructions.

Place the device only in dry indoor rooms and avoid direct heat sources, moisture, strong sunlight and areas with insufficient ventilation.

Ensure that the ventilation openings are not covered and that there is enough space around the device for air circulation.

Unpacking the device

  • Carefully unpack the device and all included parts.
  • Check the device and all included parts for visible damage.
  • Check that all items are included.

  • If possible, keep the packaging so that you can safely transport or ship the device later.

Choosing a suitable location

  • Place the device only on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight.
  • Protect the device from strong mechanical shocks.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm from the rear wall and other objects.
  • Do not operate the device in closed cupboards or unventilated furniture.
  • Do not place objects filled with liquid on the device.
  • Do not place the device directly next to radiators, storage heaters, stoves or other heat sources.
  • The permissible ambient temperature is +10 °C to +40 °C.
ℹ The sonoro AMPLIFIER has a temperature-controlled fan. Always ensure sufficient air circulation and never cover the ventilation openings.

Wall mounting

Alternatively, the sonoro AMPLIFIER can be mounted on a suitable wall.

  • Use only suitable mounting hardware.
  • The mounting wall must be load-bearing and made of non-combustible material.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm from adjacent surfaces all around the device.
  • Ensure sufficient air circulation.
  • Do not mount the device directly above heat sources or other devices.
ℹ When wall-mounted, the rear of the device with the ventilation openings must always face the ceiling. This is the only way to ensure adequate ventilation and heat dissipation.
