Line out

Line-Out connection

Via the LINE OUT you can send the device’s audio signal to an external audio device.

This connection is intended exclusively for devices with their own volume control and for tape decks and recording devices with a suitable line input.

Connect an external audio device

Connect the LINE OUT to the line input of the external audio device using a suitable audio cable.

ℹ Use a suitable line input on the connected device, for example LINE IN or AUX IN.

Fixed output level

The LINE OUT outputs the audio signal at a fixed output level of 2 Vrms. This level is not affected by the device’s volume control.

ℹ Adjust the playback volume on the connected amplifier, powered speaker or audio device.
