Positioning the device

Before positioning the device, observe the General safety instructions .

Only position the device in dry indoor rooms and avoid direct heat sources, moisture or strong sunlight.

Unpacking the device

  • Carefully unpack the device and all included parts.
  • Check the device and all included parts for visible damage.
  • Check that all items are included.

  • Keep the packaging if possible so that the device can be transported safely later.

Positioning recommendation

For optimum sound, position the device in as open a location as possible.

Leave at least 20 cm clearance on each side from other objects or walls. A clearance of at least 10 cm is recommended at the rear.

ℹ The passive speaker diaphragm may move depending on the signal content. This is normal. Make sure the diaphragm is not touched, covered or obstructed.
Recommended device positioning

During initial setup, you can also select a Placement EQ to adapt the sound to the device’s position.

You can change this setting at any time under Settings → Sound settings → Placement EQ .
