Purchasing this device does not include any guarantee of the permanent availability of streaming services such as Spotify Connect, TIDAL, TIDAL Connect, Deezer, Qobuz, Qobuz Connect, Amazon Music, Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, internet radio stations or other cloud-based services.
Third-party providers may discontinue, change or replace these services in whole or in part at any time, without this giving rise to any claims against sonoro audio GmbH.
Legal requirements, particularly in the areas of data protection and cybersecurity, may make it necessary at any time to temporarily or permanently restrict or disable certain functions or applications of this device. This also does not give rise to any claims against sonoro audio GmbH.
Data security
sonoro audio GmbH uses appropriate technical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Regular updates to both the device and the sonoro audio App ensure legally compliant use.
sonoro audio GmbH accepts no liability for damage, malfunctions or restrictions of use resulting from required software or system updates not being performed, or not being performed in time. The user is solely responsible for performing these updates.
To ensure that the privacy policy always complies with current legal requirements, sonoro audio GmbH reserves the right to amend it at any time. This also applies when adjustments are necessary due to new or revised services.

Smart home functionality
Purchasing this device does not confer any entitlement to the permanent or unrestricted availability of smart home control functions.
Third-party providers may discontinue, change or replace the relevant functions with new functions and systems, in whole or in part, at any time. sonoro audio GmbH accepts no liability for the availability, functionality or compatibility of such third-party services.
Technical or functional adjustments may cause individual functions to become temporarily or permanently unavailable. These cases also do not give rise to any claims against sonoro audio GmbH.
Legal requirements may make it necessary to temporarily or permanently restrict or disable certain functions or applications of this device. sonoro audio GmbH accepts no liability for resulting restrictions or loss of use.
A software update to the device may also require an update to a supported smart home system. The user bears all resulting costs, including any costs for third-party software or services.
sonoro audio GmbH provides no warranty, reimbursement or guarantee for software changes that restrict use with a smart home system or make a corresponding update necessary.
A factory reset deletes all settings, including network configurations, the device name and saved favourites. These must then be set up again in full.
It may also be necessary to reintegrate the sonoro music system into the respective smart home system. sonoro audio GmbH also accepts no liability or costs for this.
