Fitting the platter

1. Hold the platter firmly and carefully place it onto the spindle.
2. Turn the platter until the motor pulley is visible through the circular hole in the platter.

Fitting the drive belt

1. Release the adhesive tape. Pull both ends of the red ribbon and hold them firmly.

2. Place the drive belt around the motor pulley.

3. Make sure the drive belt is not twisted.

4. Remove the red ribbon from the drive belt.

5. Rotate the platter several times to make sure the belt is securely seated and turns smoothly.

Fitting the platter mat

Place the mat on the platter. The mat has a top and a bottom: the side with the ridged, concentric circles must face downwards.
