Open HDMI

Open the Home menu and select:

HDMI CEC
This function allows control commands to be sent from or to an external device connected via HDMI. If On is selected, a message indicates that power consumption may increase.
Automatic HDMI switching
When HDMI CEC is enabled, the Automatic HDMI switching function is available: the input automatically switches to the HDMI source when the connected device is switched on.
Input gain
Input gain adjusts the volume level of the HDMI input. The value can be set from 0 dB (default) to +18 dB to compensate for differences in input volume levels to compensate for differences between sources.
Audio latency compensation
Adjusts the time offset between video and audio signals. The value can be set from 0 ms (default setting) to 480 ms.

Connecting to a TV

  • In the TV's audio settings, set the digital audio output to PCM or stereo and enable HDMI CEC if it is not already enabled.
  • Depending on the manufacturer, the CEC function may have a different name in the TV menu, for example:
    • Sony BraviaSync
    • Philips Easylink
    • LG Simplink
    • Samsung Anynet+
    • Toshiba CE-Link or Regza Link
  • Bidirectional control between the TV and the device works only when the HDMI source is selected on the sonoro device.
  • Please note that no control commands are detected when the sonoro device is in deep sleep mode.
ℹ HDMI CEC and automatic HDMI switching are available only if the connected devices support CEC.
