16. Troubleshooting
Possible faults are described as follows:
Description of the fault

Device cannot be switched on
- Toggle switch is set to OFF or no power supply.
- Set the toggle switch on the underside to “ON”.
- Connect the power cable correctly and check the power outlet.
- Check the fuse in the electrical circuit.
Device does not start completely (status LED flashes white continuously)
- Startup process is stuck or software issue.
- Disconnect the device from the power supply briefly.
- Press the standby button to switch the device off and on again to perform a restart.
- Try a factory reset.
Device does not respond to button presses
- Keypad lock is activated.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds to unlock.
No playback despite device being switched on
- No Bluetooth device connected or incorrect mode is active.
- Press the Bluetooth button and pair the device again.
Bluetooth connection cannot be established
- Device is not in pairing mode.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to activate pairing mode.
- Perform a factory reset and start a new search.
Bluetooth connection drops
- Range exceeded or interference from other devices.
- Reduce the distance.
- Disconnect and reconnect the device.
Battery does not charge
- The power cable is not connected correctly or the battery is defective.
- Check the power connection.
- Use the original power cable.
- Check whether the battery switch is set to the “On” position.
- If the problem persists, replace the battery.
- Check whether the red LED is permanently lit. If so, replace the battery.
