BMS (Transmitter)

The device operates as a transmitter. The BMS mode is only activated after a classic Bluetooth connection has been established and music is being played.

Activation

  • Briefly press the Auracast button Auracast .
  • The sonoro VIBES XL starts the Auracast transmission of the currently playing Bluetooth audio stream.

Status indication

The status LED lights up light blue.

Behavior in BMS mode

  • The currently playing Bluetooth audio stream is transmitted as a broadcast signal.
  • Compatible Auracast receivers within range can receive this stream.
  • No separate individual connection to each receiver is required.

Notes

  • The BMS mode only works if a classic Bluetooth connection has been established beforehand.
  • Start audio playback before activating BMS.
